Matrix Dynamics & Engineering Pty Ltd was formed through the union of two respected and established electrical engineering businesses: Andrew Zupo’s REAZ Australia and Anthony Folino’s ACF Electrical Solutions. Bringing together the Directors’ combined 50 years of industry experience, Andrew and Anthony consolidated operations in 2025 to form a single, unified company built on a shared commitment to quality, reliability and innovation, capable of delivering end-to-end product supply, installation and maintenance solutions to clients across the mining, water, manufacturing and data centre sectors.

Building on this foundation, Matrix Dynamics & Engineering has established Matrix Dynamics & Engineering WA, a dedicated Western Australian entity led by Marco Lenghel, CPEng (Electrical Engineering), as Director and Project Manager. This strategic expansion deepens our local presence in WA and strengthens our project delivery capability across the state, drawing on established contractor networks in both Western Australia and Victoria

To further extend our delivery capacity, Matrix Dynamics & Engineering holds a Joint Venture agreement with Plummers Industries, combining complementary expertise and resources to deliver larger and more complex projects with confidence, on time and to the highest standard. Beyond this partnership, we maintain strong relationships across a broad range of industries, giving us the versatility to deliver virtually any type of project our clients require.
